The game also treats you with superb visuals, compelling plot and relaxing music that sets the mood right. It also offers great longevity but somehow lacks of replay value. It is simple, fun and undeniably addictive. Homescapes may not be entirely different from its predecessors but still an interesting addition to your game list.
The virtual coins, on the other hand, are used to purchase Boosters and this is also where the Microtransaction comes in. This is the reason why it is ideal to connect the game to your Facebook account so you can collect lives faster. Players can instantly obtain Life by asking them from your friends. Therefore, you have a total of 150 minutes to fill up your lives meter. You have a maximum of five lives to spare and each of them refills every 30 minutes. You lose a life when you failed to clear the level. The game also introduces you to Lives system similar to Candy Crush Sage. You can obtain these boosters by paying coins (virtual currency). Players can also use the special Boosters like the Hammer that allows you to break a tile without losing a move or the Glove that allows you to swap tiles. These power ups allow you to clear an entire row or column or destroy nearby tiles. You can also take advantage of the power ups which you can obtain by matching four or more identical tiles. The level will either ask you to collect certain number of specific tiles or cover the grid with grasses.
Overall, I think Homescapes is better.Players will encounter two different objectives in the game. I tend to get 30+ moves on challenge levels, and I have a much higher success rate with those challenge levels than with Gardenscapes'. Homescapes on the other hand, actually gives you decent moves on these levels. I know Gardenscapes is famous for giving many boosters, but you're always just going to use all those boosters up.Ībout the challenge levels as well, I rarely am ever able to beat a challenge level from Gardenscapes, they always give you 10 moves and FIVE colours to beat those levels, and I can't see them ever being doable. I get that's the case with Homescapes too, but, I have no idea, I just find it easier. Past level 100, Gardenscapes' levels become really tedious. Gameplay Homescape follows the story of Austin. These games blend garden-building and puzzle-solving and fans of previous titles will enjoy this new addition to the series.
